Bristack®-P series PEM Hydrogen Production Equipment 5 - 400 Nm3/h
The company takes advantage of the large-area membrane electrode mass-production technology with independent intellectual property rights in the field of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolyzers. It also adopts a structural design with high uniformity in gas-liquid mass transfer, as well as the controllable construction and large-scale preparation technology of core components.

    High Current Density & Low Energy Consumption

    At the rated current density of 15,000 A/m² and the rated operating pressure of 3.0 MPa, the direct current consumption is as low as 3.946 kWh/Nm³. Even at a high current density of 20,000 A/m², the direct current consumption is merely 4.046 kWh/Nm³, leading the industry.

    High Hydrogen Production Volume & Excellent Mass Transfer

    Under rated operating conditions, the hydrogen production volume is 300 Nm³/h (at 15,000 A/m²), and the maximum hydrogen production volume can reach 500 Nm³/h (at 25,000 A/m²). Leveraging its excellent gas - liquid mass transfer and thermal management technologies, it ensures safe and stable operation under ultra - high hydrogen production volumes.

    Wide Load Range & Fast Response

    The maximum operating adjustment range of the electrolyzer is 5%-167%, and the response speed is ±10%/s, which can meet the input of volatile renewable energy.

The Bristack®-P300 "PEM" electrolyzer, a product of the company, has successfully received the authoritative certification of TÜV Rheinland Germany. The product performance exceeds the requirements of the project contract and reaches industry-leading level. Moreover, the company has an annual production capacity of 200 MW PEM electrolyzers.
